We expect you to:

• Build, plan and implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and roadmap

• Manage and train the rest of the team

• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

• Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency

• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget

• Measure and manage online content

• Track SEO and Google Analytics data to make complex analysis 

• Build inbound marketing plan

• Anticipate sales performance trends 

• Organize and lead digital marketing team 

• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for

improvement

You:

• have proven work experience of at least 5+ years’ as a Digital Marketing Manager

• have demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital

marketing campaigns

• have strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

• have solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

• have hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

are familiar with web design

• have excellent analytical and project management skills

• have strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

• have a degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field

Pay:

• Your pay will be a combination of ESOPs and obviously a handsome salary.
